Order Cancellation / Exchange & Refund Policies
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed as they are immediately put into our automated fulfilment system.
Refund & Exchange
Products purchased from the “Nomad Gears website (www.nomadgears.in)”
- Once all the items have been shipped and received, please reach out to our Customer Service Team for help returning or exchange the order.
- We will accept and start processing it, If the refund initiation is valid and within 7 calendar days of the delivery of the product. A valid refund process will take 7 working days to complete.
- In case if we receive the refund request after 7 calendar days of the product delivery, the process will automatically be denied by our automated system.
- We request the customer to reship the products to us to the address we provide after confirmed the return or exchange.
- The shipping cost will be bear by the customer on all the return & exchange request.
- Return & Exchange is allowed provided the product is in original condition i.e., unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered & in saleable condition with original tags, invoice & packaging intact. (Along with boxes if any)
- All products received will undergo quality check after the product has been received at our Warehouse. If the product picked does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.
- For Returns, the refund is initiated as per the refund mode selected at the time of raising the request and this will take minimum 3 – 10 working days based on refund mode.
Nomad Gears products purchased from the Nomad Gears Authorised dealers
- The order cancellation, refund & exchange are subject to the independent policy of that particular dealer/seller. Kindly confirm their policies before purchasing the product.
